Established more than 30 years ago, Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has grown to be the leading hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates. Its interests cover a wide spectrum of the hospitality sector including ownership of 5-star hotels (Hilton Abu Dhabi, Sheraton Abu Dhabi Resort & Towers, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi and Hilton Al Ain), catering, facilities management, transport and tour operations. Today ADNH owns and manages more than 2000 hotel rooms and employs almost 20000 employees.
Hotels
ADNH is currently developing four new world class hotels in the UAE. Two of its most prestigious and unique projects in Abu Dhabi, the ADNH Resort and Spa managed by JW Marriot (previoiusly the Gulf Hotel) and the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas on Saadiyat Island, are expected to open by 2010. ADNH is developing a business hotel that is due for completion by 2011 at Abu Dhabi’s Capital Centre within the Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre. In Dubai, the Sofitel Jumeirah Beach Hotel is slated to open mid 2009.
Catering
ADNH Compass, a joint venture company with the UK based Compass Group (one of the largest catering companies in the world), is today the UAE market leader in the provision of industrial catering services to various sectors in the region including defense, hospitals, offshore and onshore oil installations and educational institutions. It also caters for international events such as the Asian Games held in Qatar. Meanwhile it continues to maintain and focus on developing new opportunities in the Emirates and within 12 other countries in the Middle East Region.
Tour Operations
Just over a decade ago, we took a pioneering step by launching a tourism division - Sunshine Tours (previously Sunshine Tours) aiming to provide the highest standards of ground-based tourism services in the Emirates. Today Sunshine Tours continues to expand providing innovative travel services including city and desert safaris, falconry, heritage tours and unique trips to the Empty Quarter .
Transport Division
The Sunshine Tours division runs fleets of over 700 limousines services for VIP taxis, a car rental division, inter-city bus services and a franchise taxi service that will grow to more than 1200 taxis by end of 2009.

After more than 3 decades of growth and diversification, ADNH is in a strong position to benefit from the potential offered by the emergence of Abu Dhabi and other Emirates in the UAE as premium tourist destinations.
